Tuesday Afternoon - 3PM to 6:30PM (Must enter before 5PM*)
Wednesday Morning - 8AM to 10AM
*The market center registration is open 8AM to 5PM only. You need to check in at the registration desk to get a badge allowing you to enter the building - then go to the exhibit hall on the 7th floor.
You will be able to remain in the hall till 6:30PM on Tuesday evening for setup. If you are delayed call the dg expo phone 212 804 8243 or email us - we will try to assist you.
Show Break Down is at 4PM on Thursday, exhibitors will not be permitted to remove display materials until the show floor closes. Early breakdown has penalties. Please respect hours for the benefit of all.
Spaces include tables (undraped) and chairs. There are fees for Rack rentals and table cloth - racks MUST be ordered by Friday. March 6th. Table covers must also be ordered, and are not included with the space.
Shipping Materials to the Show
We recommend you bring your setup materials into the exhibit hall. For those traveling to Dallas we suggest that you ship your materials to your hotel. If you have larger shipments that must go directly to the Dallas Market Center arrangements have been made to receive your materials - However, there are handling charges. Please write to email@example.com - with a description of your shipment and shipping details will be provided to you. We must have a record of all exhibitors shipping to the market center along with anticipated delivery date. Thank you.
