Exhibitor Registration is now now open for current exhibitors for San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Miami, and Dallas. Please use registration links below.
A deposit payment is required to confirm registration. This process is for current exhibitors only, if you would like to become an exhibitor in one or more of our shows, please write to email@example.com or call 212.804.8243.
$875 - 1 Table Space, or $15.00 per sq ft (minimum is 75 sq ft = $1125). Standard 100 sq ft = $1500.

CHICAGO SPECIAL: 3 show special pricing is available for current exhibitors in San Francisco & NYC are receiving a discounted rate for our first show in Chicago call us for additional information.
Rate includes tables with chairs. Racks are available if ordered in advance at an additional cost.
Current exhibitors may use the paypal button above to make a deposit payment. A $500 deposit is due to confirm space in the show. All exhibitors will be required to sign our contract. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the show and is non-refundable. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment, you may use any major credit card.
SET UP HOURS: TUESDAY from NOON to 8PM If you need to use the freight elevator you must setup on Tuesday.
The freight elevator will not be available on Wednesday morning. You may bring rolling suitcase, or hand carried items through the front door of the Penn Plaza Pavilion on Tuesday or Wednesday. The show floor will open to exhibitors for additional setup on Wednesday morning at 7:30AM. The show opens to attendees at 10AM.
The freight elevator is located on 32nd Street, additional details will be provided.
SHOW HOURS: Wednesday 10AM to 6:30PM Thursday 9:30AM to 6:00PM
MOVE OUT HOURS: Thursday 6:00PM to 7:30PM The show floor will be open until 6PM, early move out is NOT permitted.
